If you’re working with a database that links entries to licenses, a helpful tip is to add a “Type” column. This column allows you to filter and exclude certain types, such as “Box,” from your review.
To do this, simply right-click on the “Type” column and select “column filter.” From there, you can use the list to include or exclude certain types by left-clicking or right-clicking, respectively.
For example, if you want to exclude “Box” types, you would right-click on “Box” and it will show in bold red. This way, you can review every other type and the Boxes they’re linked to.
Now you’re reviewing Files and Volumes but not seeing Boxes but with the Box column you can tell where all your Files and Volumes are!
