Patricia (Pat) Burns, CRM, is a career records practitioner actively involved in the records and information management profession since 1975.
After retiring in 2014, Pat took on a consulting role with Prima Information Systems and CMS Consulting.
Pat came to NB Power in 2019 to put together a plan to bring NB Power’s records and information management maturity model to an acceptable level. Pat joined NB Power as an employee in 2020 and has updated their RIM governance, and is currently working on updating the Corporation’s records retention schedules.
Pat has been involved at the Chapter, Region and International Board of ARMA International.
Jennifer Field Robinson, BA, ECMp, has worked in records and information management at New Brunswick Power Corporation (NB Power) for over 30 years and was instrumental in developing a corporate communication platform to aid in the education and training of employees in Information Lifecyle Management.
As a Senior Analyst she plays a key role in developing corporate classification plans and retention schedules.
Jennifer’s many years of experience have been an asset to the planning and implementation of the migration of content from previous SharePoint versions to the MS Teams/SharePoint online platform.
