Rick is a recognized expert and pioneer in the Information Management community in both Canada and the United States, with extensive business experience in both public and private sectors, possesses a comprehensive knowledge of information technology, infrastructure, enterprise software, and an in depth understanding of the integration required for today’s Information Management solutions.
Rick Stirling has always been a strong influence with the ARMA community and always supported the development of industry standards and takes great pride in being an inaugural task force member for the ARMA “Generally Accepted Recordkeeping Principles”, and was easily convinced to serve on the Information Governance Professional task force, and the Information Governance Professional Board.
Business involvement with senior level management personnel in a wide variety of business settings has enabled Rick to formulate a clear view of the existing information management issues and the potential for Information governance to bring significant value to organizations.
Brian applies his background in planning, design, implementation, audit, GIS, and training in his role of Project Oversight for WesternIM to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions that meet client specific objectives.
Brian Heinz as General Manager is responsible for WesternIM marketing and financial systems, applying his diverse background in information management spanning many years in both private and public industry.
Brian is involved in local community activities, loves to travel, a member of ARMA and AIIM and maintains his Information Systems Professional of Canada (I.S.P.) and internationally recognized Information Technology Certified Professional (ITCP) designations.
