Western Information Management Inc. (WesternIM), a Canadian-based leader in the records and information management industry, and PaperLite Company LLC, an information management services company based in Scottsdale, Arizona have entered into an agreement to combine their extensive experience in information management to better protect customer data and meet new, stringent privacy mandates while simplifying the records management process.
PaperLite will offer WesternIM’s AgileIM software-as-a service (SaaS) platform in the U.S., along with WesterIM’s professional records management consulting services.

AgileIM enables a quick and orderly physical-records inventory of all organizational documents and electronic files, many of which today contain sensitive personal data that must now be better organized, secured and protected according to these new mandates. AgileIM can aggregate meta-data tagging from multiple physical locations and many disparate document management systems. The comprehensive result presented by AgileIM can then be used to develop more efficient records disposition plans and retention schedules as well as enable the movement of electronic documents to the appropriate repository.
