and take your RIM strategy to the next level!

Join us for an insightful virtual session on how the City of Nanaimo revamped its Records and Information Management (RIM) Program!

In 2016/7, Nanaimo’s RIM Team conducted a comprehensive assessment using the Generally Accepted Recordkeeping Principles® Maturity Model and crafted a strategic plan to elevate their RIM program.

Fast forward to 2023, a second full Maturity Model based assessment revealed that the steps in the Strategic Plan followed by the RIM Team had remarkable improvements and unexpected surprises.

What You’ll Learn:

  • The key metrics that saw the greatest leaps.
  • How specific projects from the 2017 Strategic Plan elevated the RIM Program.
  • A surprising project not in the original plan that drove major progress.

Whether you’re in management or on the frontlines of records management, this session offers valuable insights and actionable takeaways from real-world experience.

Don’t miss this opportunity to learn which RIM initiatives made the biggest impact!

This session has been previously featured at the 2023 ARMA Canada and AABC/ARMA VI conferences.
