Liz Carten is a people-first operations leader with 24 years of experience in driving performance, process improvement, and change management across both public and private sectors.
For 7 years, she has led digitization operations at Consentia, where she partners closely with records managers to deliver secure, standards-compliant document scanning solutions that align with CAN/CGSB imaging regulations, FOIP, and municipal and provincial government standards. Liz is a Certified Information Professional with AIIM and combines her operational expertise with a deep understanding of the records lifecycle.
